Nestled in a serene setting, this hotel is a haven for families seeking both relaxation and fun-filled activities. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool, a crystalline oasis meticulously maintained to perfection. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offered a picturesque backdrop for unwinding under the sun or taking refreshing dips. The family-friendly ambiance extended beyond the pool, with a dedicated play area that kept our little ones entertained for hours. From slides to swings, the kids were in their element, allowing parents to truly unwind without worry. The only thing they have to review is their damage policy. It’s OK to pay a damage policy which is refundable but while booking it mentions only 1000 THB. But the staff says it is 1000 THB per day. So if you stay for 5 days for example it will be 5000 THB. This is confusing specially if you land in a country and you don’t have THB with you. You will not be allowed to get into your room without paying the damage policy fee.

Awesome Club Lounge offering at Grand Mercure Patong Phuket Resort and Villas! Nan provides great hospitality and makes the experience 5 stars! She is cheerful, warm and always willing to accommodate any requests, such as ice coffees which is a great addition to the wonderful spread of food and drinks options she prepares and maintains so well!

Absolutely amazing, the pool bar and happy hour are fantastic. The cocktails are amazing and well worth the money. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle but still be in the heart of Thailand. The staff are amazing and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Phuket. We shall return

Very good hotel in patong!! Breakfast was really good, location is center of patong. Good facilities and good service especially Orn Ben and Fon from front dest. Looking forward to going back there.😊
